The vitamins E, B2, and B6 contained in this medication are needed for various conditions such as physical fatigue, decreased strength during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as during and after illness, and in old age. Additionally, it helps relieve stiffness in the shoulders and neck, numbness or coldness in the hands and feet caused by peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms. It also improves inflammatory conditions such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as skin conditions like eczema and dermatitis. Thus, it aids health and alleviates various symptoms and conditions.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 and older: take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or any of its components. It should not be used by infants under 12 months old or those with severely impaired kidney function. Individuals with allergies to soybean oil, soy, peanuts, etc. should avoid taking this medication. During the use of this drug, it should not be taken alongside phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and medications such as levodopa. Women who are receiving medical treatment, pregnant, possibly pregnant, breastfeeding, premature infants, or infants should consult a specialist before using this medication. Those with gastrointestinal conditions like peptic ulcer or chronic ulcerative colitis or localized colitis, as well as individuals with heart, circulatory, or kidney function issues should also consult before taking this medication. Patients with hypoproteinemia, hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, pancreatitis, or other lipid metabolism disorders should use this medication cautiously. If symptoms such as abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash or red spots, irregular heartbeats, or central nervous system depression occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. This medication may alter menstrual cycles and prolong bleeding, so caution is advised. Taking estrogen-containing oral contraceptives or being at risk of thrombosis may increase the risk of thrombosis due to the vitamin E component in this medication. High-dose long-term use of pyridoxine may result in symptoms of nerve damage; caution is required. Patients deficient in folic acid who take vitamin B12 beyond certain doses may experience hematological adverse reactions. Overdosage may lead to side effects such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema, so care is advised. Caution is needed when taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, as there is a risk of increased serum potassium levels. If symptoms do not improve after approximately one month of use, consult a specialist. Patients at risk of lipid overload should monitor their blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage of this medication accordingly. When using other intravenous lipid formulations, it is important to adjust the dosage considering the lipid content of this medication. Always adhere to the prescribed methods and dosages when taking this medication, which may cause urine to turn yellow and potentially affect some clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. This medication should be stored out of reach of children and kept in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight in a sealed container. To maintain quality, it is safest not to transfer to another container.
