Adult dose

This medication is administered only to adults, and to avoid gastrointestinal discomfort, it should be taken once daily with meals at a dose of 2 to 4 capsules (1,000mg of omega-3 ethyl ester / 5mg of rosuvastatin per capsule).

This medication should not be administered to certain patients. For example, patients who are allergic to any ingredient of this medication, those with liver function problems, patients with muscle diseases, patients with severe kidney impairment, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and children under the age of 18 should not use it. Additionally, regular liver function tests and muscle-related examinations should be conducted while using this medication, and if symptoms such as muscle pain or weakness occur, the doctor should be informed immediately. Patients who consume large amounts of alcohol or have a history of liver disease should use this medication with caution, and those with conditions such as hypothyroidism or nephrotic syndrome should receive treatment first. This medication can interact with other drugs, so it is essential to inform healthcare providers about any other medications being taken, especially when used in conjunction with blood thinners, certain antibiotics, or fibrate medications. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should not use this medication, and women who may become pregnant should employ appropriate contraception methods. Elderly patients or those with specific genetic traits may require dose adjustments, and it is advisable to follow a diet and exercise regimen while taking this medication. In case of overdose, special antidotes are not available, and treatment should be symptomatic along with liver function and muscle enzyme tests. Finally, this medication is not recommended for children as its safety and efficacy have not been established.

Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweats, paleness, severe rash with high fever, blisters, peeling skin, pain in mouth/eyes mucosa, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, respiratory issues accompanied by cough+fever, yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), profound lethargy, sudden and severe headache, thunderclap headache, seizures, confusion, visual disturbances, paralysis, urination
