Treatment of dementia syndrome; improvement of decreased motivation and atherosclerotic headache; adjunctive treatment of hypertension
This medication is primarily used to improve the decline in motivation associated with chronic cerebral circulation disorders due to sequelae of cerebral infarction. It also alleviates atherosclerotic headaches, which commonly occur in the elderly, and is utilized as an adjunctive treatment for hypertension. The 30 mg dosage helps treat symptoms such as memory impairment, concentration difficulties, judgment impairment, and lack of initiative associated with primary degenerative vascular dementia and complex dementia. This medication is effective in improving brain function and cognitive abilities, and is used for the overall alleviation of dementia symptoms.
