Relief of fever and pain (e.g., low back pain, menstrual pain) and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis
This medication is effective for relief of fever and pain caused by colds, low back pain, menstrual pain, rheumatoid arthritis and degenerative joint disease such as osteoarthritis, and pain relief after surgery. It is also used for various pains such as headaches, migraines, toothaches, muscle pain, and neuralgia, and may help with inflammatory diseases like ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, and psoriatic arthritis. It can be applied to conditions involving soft tissue damage and non-articular rheumatic diseases, such as tendinitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis. It is widely used for various types of pain and inflammatory diseases, improving symptoms.
1. Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue damage, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: Administer 200-600 mg 3-4 times a day orally. A maximum of 3200 mg may be administered per day. 2. Psoriatic rheumatoid arthritis: Administer 30-40 mg per kg of body weight divided into 3-4 doses daily orally. 3. Mild to moderate pain, colds: Administer 200-400 mg, 3-4 times a day orally. Adjust according to age and symptoms. 4. Migraine: Administer 200-400 mg orally. Do not exceed 400 mg within 24 hours.
2. Psoriatic rheumatoid arthritis: Administer 30-40 mg per kg of body weight divided into 3-4 doses daily.
This drug may pose a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in people who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. Individuals with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should be cautious, as the risk of cardiovascular events such as myocardial infarction and stroke may increase with this medication. Since serious gastrointestinal issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations can occur, elderly patients or those on long-term use should be particularly cautious. People with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, or severe liver, kidney, or heart dysfunction should avoid this medication. Individuals with allergic reactions to this medication or a history of asthma should also avoid taking it. During the late stage of pregnancy, it may be harmful to the fetus, and patients undergoing high-dose methotrexate treatment for cancer should avoid it. Do not exceed the recommended dose, and it is safest not to take it concurrently with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. If breastfeeding, this medication may be passed to breast milk and cause adverse effects in the infant, so breastfeeding should be discontinued or medication intake should be stopped. Patients with blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, heart diseases, hypertension, or a history of hypersensitivity should consult a professional before taking this medication. Particularly, individuals taking low-dose aspirin should be cautious, as this medication may reduce aspirin's effectiveness and increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. There may be interacting medications, so if you are taking other drugs, consult a healthcare professional. If you experience allergic reactions, severe skin rashes, breathing difficulties, fluctuations in blood pressure, heart issues, kidney problems, or liver function abnormalities while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare professionals. This medication should be taken at the minimum dosage for the shortest possible duration, and periodic blood tests and liver function tests are recommended during long-term use. In cases of overdose, serious symptoms such as dizziness, vomiting, liver dysfunction, kidney failure, and breathing difficulties may occur, and you should visit a medical facility immediately. Keep this medication out of reach of children and store it in its original container to prevent misuse or quality deterioration.
