This medication contains vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6, which help with physical fatigue, loss of strength during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and recovery from illness, as well as support in old age. It is also effective in relieving pain from neuralgia, myalgia, and joint pain (such as lower back pain and shoulder stiffness), and is used to improve inflammation around the mouth (angular cheilitis, cheilitis), oral inflammation (stomatitis, glossitis), and skin disorders (eczema, dermatitis). Additionally, it helps relieve beriberi and eye fatigue. Therefore, this medication is used to alleviate various symptoms and promote health.
How to take
Adult dose
1 bottle per adult, taken twice daily.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by anyone with an allergic reaction to this medication or any of its components. Infants under 12 months old and patients with severe renal failure should not use this product. Patients taking this medication should avoid phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and drugs such as levodopa while taking it. Women who are receiving treatment, pregnant or possibly pregnant, nursing mothers, premature or infant patients, those with heart or circulatory diseases, patients with kidney function issues, and those with hypoproteinemia should consult with their doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If discomfort in the stomach, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash or redness, nausea, vomiting, loose stools, red spots, irregular heartbeat, or CNS symptoms occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult your doctor. If menstruation occurs earlier than usual or bleeding persists for a long time, also discontinue use and consult a professional. Those taking contraceptives containing estrogen or individuals with a tendency for thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase when taking vitamin E. Long-term use of pyridoxine exceeding 500mg per day can result in neurological side effects. High doses may exacerbate peptic ulcers or cause issues with blood sugar control, increase uric acid levels, and lead to liver damage. In case of overdose, symptoms like nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema may occur, so caution is advised. Co-administration with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene may increase potassium levels in the blood, necessitating caution. If symptoms do not improve after more than one month of use, consult a physician. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed doses, and it may cause urine to turn yellow, affecting clinical test results. It is also advisable to avoid tannin-containing teas like green tea and black tea before and after taking this medication. Keep this medication out of the reach of children, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and do not transfer it to a different container to maintain quality.
