The vitamins D, B1, B2, and B6 contained in this drug supplement nutrients necessary for physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, fatigue during and after illness, growth periods, and old age. Vitamin D prevents bone and dental growth disorders and stops rickets. Additionally, it helps relieve pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia. The B vitamins are effective in treating inflammatory diseases such as beriberi, eye fatigue, angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, as well as eczema and dermatitis. Overall, this drug is used to alleviate various symptoms of nutritional deficiencies, pain, and inflammatory symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults aged 19 and older: Take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This drug should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, an unknown cause of systemic inflammatory disease, or those with kidney diseases. Additionally, individuals allergic to this drug or its components, infants under 12 months old, kidney stone patients, individuals with severe renal failure, and those allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should avoid taking it. While taking this drug, it is important not to take medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa at the same time. Women who are receiving treatment from doctors, pregnant or potentially pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants and babies, individuals with heart or circulatory issues, kidney disorders, hypoalbuminemia, those taking cardiac glycosides, and individuals with a history of gout or kidney stones should consult a healthcare professional before taking this drug. If unusual symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, oral inflammation, constipation, hypotension, facial flushing, irregular heartbeat, skin rash, itching, or swelling occur during treatment, the medication should be discontinued immediately and a healthcare professional consulted. Also, prolonged high-dose intake of pyridoxine might cause neurological issues, and high doses of vitamin B12 could lead to hematological adverse reactions, so caution is required. High-dose intake may lead to peptic ulcers, increased uric acid levels in the blood, and liver damage. Long-term use may cause hypercalcemia or kidney stones, so care should be taken. In particular, caution is needed when taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, as the risk of increased potassium levels in the blood is elevated. When taking the medication, it is essential to adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage, and it is advisable to avoid beverages containing tannins such as green tea or black tea before and after ingestion. Patients at risk of fat overload should check their plasma lipid levels and adjust the dosage if necessary, and those using other lipid agents should consider the lipid content when adjusting. Finally, this drug should be kept out of the reach of children and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, tightly sealed to maintain quality.
