It is recommended to take this medication consistently for the improvement of these symptoms and conditions.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 years and older, take 20mL twice a day between meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medication or any of its ingredients. Also, infants under 12 months of age or patients with severe renal dysfunction should not use this medication. During the use of this medication, it should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and medications like levodopa. Women currently receiving treatment, pregnant, or possibly pregnant, breastfeeding women, premature infants, infants, patients with heart or circulatory diseases, patients with renal disorders, patients with hypoproteinemia, and those allergic or sensitive to caramel ingredients must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If abnormal symptoms such as red spots, diarrhea, cardiac arrest, or central nervous system dysfunction appear during the use of this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. Moreover, caution is needed as high doses of pyridoxine over a long period can lead to peripheral nerve dysfunction. High-dose use may exacerbate peptic ulcers, cause issues with blood sugar control, increase blood uric acid levels, or lead to liver damage. In case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, edema may appear, so caution is advised. Taking this medication together with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene can increase the risk of high potassium levels in the blood, so they should be avoided together. If a large amount was mistakenly taken or symptoms do not improve after taking it for more than one month, consult a professional immediately.
