The vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6 contained in this medicine help with physical fatigue or fatigue during pregnancy and breastfeeding, decreased physical strength during or after illness, and maintaining health in the elderly. Additionally, it is effective in alleviating the symptoms of shoulder and neck stiffness and cold extremities associated with peripheral circulatory disorders and menopause. It is also used for relief of various symptoms such as neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, oral inflammation, and dermatitis. Precautions
This medicine should not be taken by those who have an allergy or hypersensitivity to this medicine or any of its ingredients. Infants under 12 months old, patients with severe renal failure, and individuals allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should also avoid taking this medicine. During the course of this medicine, it should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline drugs, antacids, or medications such as levodopa. Infants under 1 year old, patients under medical treatment, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and children should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. Patients with heart disease or circulatory disorders, kidney disorders, hypoalbuminemia, or lipid metabolism disorders should also consult a professional before taking this medicine. This medicine contains the dye Red 40; caution is advised for individuals allergic to this component. If any unusual symptoms such as stomach discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, nausea, or vomiting occur during the course, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Women may experience changes in menstruation or prolonged bleeding, and there may be an increased risk of thrombosis for those taking oral contraceptives, so caution is advised. Long-term use of high-dose pyridoxine (vitamin B6) may cause nerve issues; therefore, recommended dosages should be adhered to. Patients deficient in folic acid taking more than a certain amount of vitamin B12 may experience hematological abnormalities, so caution is advised. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, edema, and heart problems may occur, so it is essential to follow the prescribed usage and dosage. Particularly when taken together with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, there is a risk of elevated blood potassium levels, so caution is advised. If symptoms do not improve after approximately one month of use, consult a healthcare professional. During usage, adhere strictly to the prescribed usage and dosage and administer to children under the supervision of an adult. This medicine may change the color of urine to yellow, which could affect clinical test results, so this should be noted during tests. It is recommended to avoid drinking tea containing tannins, like green or black tea, during or before taking this medicine. Patients at risk for lipid overload should regularly check their blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage as needed. This medicine should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container. To maintain quality, do not transfer to another container, and it is essential to keep it in the original container to prevent misuse.
