The vitamins D, B1, B2, and B6 contained in this medicine can be helpful when feeling physical fatigue, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, when physical strength is reduced due to illness or after illness, and during periods of growth or old age. Additionally, it is effective in improving poor bone and dental development and preventing rickets. It also helps relieve pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain. It alleviates eye fatigue and symptoms of beriberi, as well as improves symptoms of skin diseases such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. It is helpful in enhancing health and preventing diseases when used for such various symptoms and circumstances.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults aged 19 years and older: Take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by people with too much calcium in the blood, those with kidney disease, or those suffering from unknown systemic inflammatory diseases. Also, individuals who are allergic to any components of this medicine, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe kidney failure should avoid taking this medicine. Since this medicine contains lactose, individuals with a genetic inability to digest lactose should not take it. During the use of this medicine, it should not be taken together with phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa. Patients undergoing treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding women, those with heart or circulatory system problems, those with impaired kidney function, patients with low protein levels, patients taking cardiac glycosides, and those with a history of kidney stones should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medicine. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, skin rash, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, or swelling appear during usage, discontinue taking the medicine immediately and consult with a specialist. High doses of pyridoxine taken over a long period may lead to nerve damage, and excessive intake of vitamin B12 may result in blood abnormalities. Additionally, high doses may cause digestive ulcers, blood sugar control issues, increased uric acid, or liver damage, so caution is advised. The medicine should be taken according to the prescribed usage and dosage, and it's essential to be aware that the urine may turn yellow during use, which can affect test results. It is advisable to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medicine. This medicine should be stored out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. Also, to maintain quality, it should not be transferred to another container.
