The vitamins E, B2, and B6 contained in this drug help relieve physical fatigue and are needed during pregnancy, nursing, and periods of physical weakness due to illness or recovery. They are also used in elderly people to maintain health. These vitamins are effective in alleviating peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms, such as shoulder or neck stiffness, cold hands and feet (peripheral neuropathy), and cold extremities. They also help relieve symptoms of inflammation around the mouth, such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as eczema, dermatitis, and other conditions. Overall, they are used to enhance physical strength and improve skin and mucosal health.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 and older and adults: take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with an allergic reaction to this drug or its components. Additionally, it should not be taken by infants under 12 months, patients with severe renal impairment, and those allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts. While taking this drug, it is advisable not to take phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or medications like levodopa together. Women undergoing therapy, those who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants and young babies, individuals with gastrointestinal disorders, those with heart or circulatory problems, individuals with reduced kidney function, those with low protein levels, and individuals with hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, pancreatitis, or other issues related to fat metabolism should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rashes, red spots, abnormal heartbeat, or central nervous system symptoms occur while taking this medication, it is necessary to stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, caution is needed if the menstrual cycle becomes irregular or bleeding continues for long periods, if taking estrogen-containing contraceptives, if there is a risk of thrombosis, if taking high doses of vitamin B6 for long periods, or if there is an overdose of vitamin B12. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, swelling, and heart failure may appear, so caution is advised, and when taken with certain diuretics, there may be a risk of increased potassium levels in the blood. If symptoms do not improve after one month of taking the medication, it is advisable to consult a professional. In patients at risk of fat overload, regular checks of blood lipid levels are required to adjust dosages as necessary, and when using other lipid injectables, the total lipid amount should be taken into account. This drug must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration method, and taking it may cause urine to turn yellow, which could affect clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid consuming tea with tannins, like green tea or black tea, while or before/after taking this medication. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept in a cool, dry place.
