The vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6 contained in this medication help in the following cases: when physically fatigued, during pregnancy and lactation, when strength decreases during or after illness, and it is beneficial to supplement in old age. Vitamin E alleviates peripheral circulation disorders such as stiffness in the shoulders and neck, and symptoms of menopause. Vitamin B1 reduces pain relief from neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, and fatigue of the eyes. Vitamins B2 and B6 are effective in relieving inflammation around the mouth (angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, etc.) and skin inflammation. Therefore, this medication is used for the improvement of these symptoms and supplementation of physical strength.

How to take

For individuals aged 12 years and older and adults, take 1 tablet once a day

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by anyone who has an allergic reaction to this drug or any of its ingredients. Infants under 12 months or patients with severe renal dysfunction should also not take this medication. It is recommended not to take phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and medications such as levodopa while taking this medication. Women who are currently receiving treatment, pregnant, potentially pregnant, breastfeeding, premature infants, patients with heart or circulatory issues, and patients with renal disorders should definitely consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If you experience symptoms such as discomfort in the upper abdomen, diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, vomiting, red spots, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system dysfunction while taking this medication, immediately stop taking it and consult a healthcare professional. Additionally, if menstruation becomes heavier or bleeding persists for a long time, you should also stop taking it and consult a professional. Patients taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or with a predisposition to thrombosis need to be cautious about taking vitamin E together, as this may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term ingestion of pyridoxine at doses of 500 mg to 2 g or more may cause peripheral nerve abnormalities, so caution is advised. Patients deficient in folic acid who take vitamin B12 at certain dosages may experience hematological abnormalities. Taking excessive amounts of this medication may lead to side effects such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema, so caution is advised. Caution is also required when taking it together with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene due to the risk of hyperkalemia. If an overdose occurs or if symptoms do not improve even after about a month of use, consult a healthcare professional immediately. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and direction, and urine may change to a yellow color during use, which should be noted for clinical testing. It is advisable to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication.
