This medication is used to prevent and treat iron deficiency anemia. Additionally, it helps supply necessary vitamins B6 and C during physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, and during or after illness recovery. It aids in improving anemia and fatigue symptoms through iron and vitamin supplementation.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults and children over 8 years: Take 1 capsule once daily after meals.

Child dose

Children over 8 years: Take 1 capsule once daily after meals.

Precautions

This medication can cause serious poisoning leading to death if taken in excess by children under 6 years old; it should be stored out of reach of children. Do not take if you have an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients, are under 12 months old, or have certain iron metabolism disorders. People with allergies to soybean oil, soybeans, peanuts, etc., should not take this medication. It is advisable not to take this medication with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication if you are under 1 year old, pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain gastrointestinal or kidney diseases, or heart diseases. Long-term high-dose use may lead to nerve disorders; caution is required. High doses may worsen peptic ulcers, cause blood sugar control issues, or liver damage. Overdose may cause symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, swelling, and heart failure, so caution is necessary. Taking this medication with certain diuretics may increase serum potassium levels, requiring caution. If symptoms do not improve, do not continue use for more than one month without consulting a professional. Patients with lipid metabolism issues should check their serum lipid levels before taking this medication and adjust the dose if necessary. When using other lipid injection therapies, the total lipid amount should be considered when determining dosages. Always follow the prescribed administration and dosage, and children should take it under the supervision of a guardian. This medication may affect blood sugar test results, so it is advisable to inform the tester beforehand. It is recommended to avoid tannin-containing teas like green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication.
