This medicine helps alleviate gastrointestinal symptoms such as heartburn and gastric discomfort due to excessive gastric acid, as well as gastric distension. It is also used to improve overall gastrointestinal issues such as reduced appetite, nausea, and vomiting. It is effective for symptoms of indigestion caused by overeating and belching. With digestive promoting functions, it helps reduce discomfort after meals. This effectiveness is utilized in improving overall gastric health.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults, take 2 tablets per dose, 3 times a day after each meal.

Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients undergoing dialysis treatment. It contains lactose, hence patients with lactose intolerance or specific genetic metabolic disorders should not take it. Patients with allergies or hypersensitivity to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should also avoid this medication. Patients who have had allergic reactions to this medication in the past, those taking other medications, and those with kidney or liver dysfunction should use it cautiously. Patients receiving treatment from a doctor or those with low phosphate levels and abnormal lipid metabolism should also be careful. Patients with high blood pressure, elderly individuals, those with heart or kidney diseases, or those experiencing edema must consult with a doctor or pharmacist before use. If experiencing a decrease in urine output, swelling in the face and extremities, eyelid heaviness, stiffness in hands, or headaches while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. Prolonged use of this medication may cause side effects such as hypokalemia, increased blood pressure, and fluid retention; therefore, potassium levels should be regularly monitored. If symptoms such as muscle weakness, cramps, or paralysis appear, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Caution is required when taken with medications containing potassium or licorice, and certain diuretics, as the risk of side effects may increase. If experiencing allergic symptoms, dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, headaches, constipation, or dry mouth as side effects, stop taking and consult a professional. Follow the prescribed dosage and duration, and consult a professional if symptoms do not improve after two weeks. Avoid long-term use, and those with a history of kidney disease must consult a professional before use. For patients at risk of lipid overload, lipid levels should be monitored, and the dosage adjusted accordingly. Do not take with gastrointestinal analgesics or antispasmodics. Do not take this medication if under 15 years of age, pregnant, or nursing. Store this medication out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight, in a dry, cool place. Also, to maintain quality, be careful not to transfer it to another container.

Drug interactions

This medication should not be taken with gastrointestinal analgesics or antispasmodics.
