This medicine is primarily used to improve constipation. It is also effective in relieving symptoms that may arise from constipation, such as loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, abnormal fermentation in the intestines, and hemorrhoids. Therefore, it helps improve constipation and its various associated symptoms.
Ages 15 and older: 2 tablets once Take once daily at bedtime on an empty stomach. For the first dose, take the minimum amount and gradually adjust based on the stool shape and condition.
Ages 11 to under 15: 1-2 tablets once Ages 7 to under 11: 1 tablet once Take once daily at bedtime on an empty stomach. For the first dose, take the minimum amount and monitor the stool.
This medicine should not be taken by patients with acute abdominal diseases, patients with intestinal obstruction, and children under 7 years of age. Additionally, since this medicine contains lactose, patients with lactose intolerance or genetic metabolic disorders should also avoid taking it. It is recommended not to take this medicine with antacids or milk within 1 hour after consumption. Patients experiencing severe abdominal pain or vomiting, pregnant women, individuals taking other medications, and those on a sodium-restricted diet should consult a professional before taking this medicine. This medicine contains the dye Yellow No. 4, so individuals allergic to this ingredient should use it cautiously. If you experience unusual symptoms such as rash, itching, severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, or vomiting while taking this medicine, you should immediately stop taking it and consult a professional. If the improvement in constipation does not occur within a week, stop taking it and consult a doctor. You must adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration and supervise children closely when administering it. Especially, children under 10 years of age should avoid taking it whenever possible. Tablets should be swallowed whole and not chewed, and prolonged use may lead to tolerance or worsen constipation, so it should not be used continuously for more than a week. If continued use is necessary, the cause of constipation must be identified. This medicine should be kept out of the reach of children, stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and kept sealed. Additionally, it is important not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
