For example, a 60 kg adult can safely take up to 2.4 g per day. This medication contains lactose hydrate; therefore, individuals with genetically determined galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. Nausea or dry mouth may occasionally occur during use, in which case it is advisable to reduce the dosage or temporarily cease taking the medication. Severe rashes, such as allergic reactions or acute generalized pustular exanthema, may occur on the skin; if symptoms appear, immediate consultation with a healthcare professional is necessary. Additionally, mood changes or blurred vision may rarely occur, and appropriate care should be taken if these symptoms arise. Since this medication has muscle relaxant properties, it is best to avoid taking it with analgesics such as morphine.
