Adult dose

This medication is taken once daily with water, regardless of meals. It is recommended to take it at the same time each day (e.g., morning) if possible. Dosage should be individualized based on the efficacy and tolerability of telmisartan/amlodipine combination and rosuvastatin in each patient. Dose adjustment for telmisartan/amlodipine combination: - 40/5 mg: Given to patients whose blood pressure is inadequately controlled with amlodipine 5 mg or telmisartan 40 mg.

This medication can cause serious harm to the fetus during pregnancy; therefore, if pregnancy is confirmed, discontinue immediately. Do not take if you have an allergy to this medication or similar drugs. Patients with severe liver or kidney impairment, certain heart conditions, and a history of certain genetic muscle disorders should not use this medication. Elderly patients, those with mildly impaired liver function, and patients with significantly low blood pressure or high serum potassium levels should exercise caution when using this medication. If symptoms such as muscle pain, muscle weakness, or cramps occur during treatment, consult a doctor immediately, and tests to check for muscle damage may be necessary. If liver dysfunction is suspected or liver enzyme levels are elevated, discontinue use of this medication and consult a doctor. This medication may interact with other drugs, so it is important to inform your doctor or pharmacist of any other medications you are currently taking. Particular caution should be exercised when used in combination with antihypertensives, diuretics, certain antibiotics, immunosuppressants, and some lipid-lowering agents, as the risk of side effects may increase. Regular blood tests and liver function tests are recommended during treatment. It is not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years of age, as safety and efficacy have not been adequately established. In case of overdose, symptoms such as hypotension, dizziness, and irregular heartbeats may occur, so seek medical attention immediately and receive appropriate treatment. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, and it is advisable not to transfer it to other containers.
