This medication is used for patients who require combination therapy with telmisartan and amlodipine, and for patients who need to take atorvastatin simultaneously. The telmisartan/amlodipine combination helps effectively lower blood pressure in patients whose hypertension is not controlled with monotherapy. Atorvastatin is used as an adjunct to diet for patients with various lipid disorders, including hypercholesterolemia, reducing total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol levels, thereby delaying the progression of atherosclerosis. Additionally, in patients at high risk of cardiovascular disease, it helps reduce the risk of complications from stroke, myocardial infarction, and arterial revascularization. This medication is used to improve cardiovascular health by managing both blood pressure and lipid levels simultaneously.
