Additionally, these vitamins are effective not only for oral-related inflammatory symptoms such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis but also for alleviating eczema and dermatitis. They are used for muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. This medication is useful for improving these various symptoms and conditions.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 and older: take 20mL, twice a day, between meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients. Additionally, babies under 12 months old and patients with severe renal dysfunction must not take this medication. During treatment with this medication, it should not be taken alongside drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa. Women who are receiving medical treatment, who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, preterm infants, and individuals with heart or circulatory problems, impaired renal function, or low protein levels must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication contains caramel, so individuals with a caramel allergy should use caution. If red spots appear on the skin, or symptoms such as diarrhea, cardiac arrhythmia, or central nervous system abnormalities occur during treatment, immediately discontinue use and consult medical personnel. Additionally, prolonged high-dose use of pyridoxine may lead to neurological disorders, requiring caution. High doses may worsen peptic ulcers or cause issues with blood sugar control, and may increase blood uric acid levels or lead to liver damage. Excessive intake may result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema. Care must be taken when used with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, as it may raise blood potassium levels. In case of overdose, immediate medical help should be sought, and if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a doctor. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, as it can cause urine to turn yellow, potentially affecting clinical test results. It is also advisable to avoid drinks containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container to prevent moisture exposure. It's important not to transfer the medication to another container to avoid misuse and maintain quality.
