Ages 11 and older - under 15: 1 dose of 1.33g, 3 times a day Ages 8 and older - under 11: 1 dose of 1g, 3 times a day Ages 5 and older - under 8: 1 dose of 0.67g, 3 times a day

This medication contains lactose, so individuals with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it.
