This medicine helps the supply of vitamins D, B1, B2, and B6 in various physical states such as physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, decline in physical strength due to illness, growth period, and old age. It is also effective in alleviating symptoms of neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain (such as low back pain or shoulder stiffness), and it helps improve symptoms of beriberi and eye fatigue. This medicine is used to supplement necessary vitamins and improve various symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 19 and above: Take 1 tablet once daily after meals

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals with hypercalcemia (excess calcium in the blood), sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown origin), or kidney diseases. Additionally, those with allergies to this medicine or any of its components should avoid taking it. Infants younger than 3 months and those with kidney stones should also refrain from using this medicine. This medicine contains lactose, so individuals with a genetic issue that prevents them from digesting lactose should not take it. Do not take this medicine together with levodopa. Women receiving medical treatment, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, nursing mothers, and premature or infant children should always consult with a healthcare professional before taking this medicine. Special caution is needed as vitamin D can pass to newborns through breast milk and potentially cause hypercalcemia. Those with a history of kidney stones should also consult a professional before use. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, oral inflammation, constipation, loss of appetite, skin rash, itching, or swelling occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a healthcare specialist. Long-term high-dose use of pyridoxine can lead to nerve disorders, so caution is advised. High-dose administration of vitamin B12 may lead to hematological abnormalities, so care should be taken. High doses may worsen peptic ulcers and cause disorders of glucose metabolism, hyperuricemia, and liver damage, so caution is needed. Long-term use may lead to hypercalcemia or kidney stones, thus caution is necessary. If overdose occurs or symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a healthcare professional. Follow the prescribed dosage and administration strictly, as urine may turn yellow and affect clinical test results. Keep out of reach of children, store in a tightly sealed container away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. It is also important not to transfer to other containers to prevent misuse and to maintain the quality of the medicine.
