The vitamins D, B1, B2, and B6 included in this medication help replenish the necessary nutrients during physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, recovery from illness, growth periods, and old age. Additionally, vitamin D prevents poor bone and dental development and helps prevent rickets. B vitamins aid in relieving pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia and improve oral inflammation such as angular cheilitis, chapped lips, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as symptoms of eczema and dermatitis. It also reduces eye fatigue, alleviating discomfort in daily life. Thus, it is effectively used for various symptoms and conditions.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults aged 19 years and older: 1 tablet once daily

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis (an unknown cause systemic inflammatory disease), or renal disease. Individuals with allergic reactions to ingredients contained in this medication, infants under 3 months of age, and patients with kidney stones should also avoid it. This medication contains lactose, so patients with genetic disorders who cannot digest lactose should not take it. During the course of taking this medication, do not take levo-dopa. Patients undergoing treatment or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, as well as premature infants and young children, must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Particularly, caution is needed as vitamin D may be secreted in breast milk and cause hypercalcemia in newborns. Individuals with a history of kidney stones should also consult a specialist before use. If symptoms like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, itching, or swelling appear while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Long-term high doses of pyridoxine can lead to nerve damage, so caution is advised. Additionally, exceeding a certain dosage of vitamin B12 may cause blood-related adverse reactions, so care is needed. High-dose use may result in side effects such as peptic ulcers, glucose metabolism disorders, excessive uric acid in the blood, and liver damage. If overdose occurs or if symptoms do not improve after about a month of use, consult a specialist immediately. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and can change urine color to yellow, potentially affecting clinical test results. During storage, keep out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry, sealed place. Also, do not transfer it to another container to maintain its quality.
