Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this drug or any of its components. Furthermore, it should not be taken by infants under 12 months old, patients with severe renal failure, and individuals allergic to soybean oil or peanuts. Do not take this medication along with certain drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracyclines, antacids, and levodopa during the course of treatment, as this can reduce the effectiveness of the medication or lead to side effects. Women receiving treatment from a physician, pregnant or breastfeeding women, premature infants and young children, individuals with gastrointestinal diseases, patients with heart or circulatory issues, those with decreased kidney function, individuals with low protein levels, and those with lipid metabolism issues such as hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If you experience discomfort in the stomach, diarrhea, constipation, skin rashes, red spots, abnormal heart rhythms, or central nervous system function impairment while taking the medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. The same applies if menstruation accelerates or bleeding persists longer than usual. Particularly, women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase when taking vitamin E simultaneously. Long-term high dosage intake of vitamin B6 may show signs of nerve damage, and exceeding specific doses of vitamin B12 may cause hematological adverse reactions. Overdose can lead to nausea, vomiting, swelling, and heart problems, so caution is advised. When using this medication with other lipid formulations, there is a possibility of excess fat accumulation in the body, and blood lipid levels should be regularly monitored and dosage adjusted if necessary. When taking it, always adhere to the prescribed dosage and directions, as this drug can turn urine yellow, which may affect certain clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after use. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and kept in a sealed container to prevent misuse.
