Vitamins B2 and B6 are recommended to be taken in cases of physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, and in situations where physical strength is weakened due to illness or after recovery. These vitamins also help alleviate inflammatory symptoms in the mouth, such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. They are effective for skin diseases like eczema and dermatitis symptoms and are used to relieve muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. These vitamins B2 and B6 play an important role in overall health recovery and symptom relief, contributing to the improvement of physical condition.
