This medication is used to supplement vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, D, and E during physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, during and after illness when there is a decline in physical strength, during growth periods, and in old age. It also helps relieve dry eyes and improve night blindness, effectively preventing poor bone and teeth development and rickets. Additionally, it is used for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia, contributing to overall health improvement.

Precautions
This medication should be used with caution in women during the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant, as administering more than 5,000 IU of Vitamin A per day may increase the risk of congenital malformations. Children, especially those under 6 years old, are at risk of fatal overdose from excess iron, so it should be kept out of reach of children. Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, kidney disease, those allergic to any components of this medication, infants under 12 months old, patients with hemochromatosis, and those with kidney stones should not take this medication. Patients allergic or hypersensitive to the component Yellow No. 5 in this medication should use it with caution. During the use of this medication, it is recommended to avoid concurrent use with phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa. Patients receiving treatment from a healthcare provider, children exposed to sunlight, patients with oxalate nephropathy, pregnant or breastfeeding women, those with gastrointestinal disorders, cardiovascular disorders, kidney disorders, hypoalbuminemia, and gout should consult a specialist before use. If symptoms such as itching, dry skin, cramps, nausea, vomiting, rash, abdominal pain, diarrhea, low blood pressure, or coma occur during use, stop taking this medication immediately and consult a professional. Especially for women, menstrual changes or prolonged bleeding may occur, and the risk of thrombosis may increase, so caution is necessary. Long-term high-dose use may cause side effects such as tolerance, neuropathy, peptic ulcers, liver damage, hyperuricemia, hypernatremia, and edema. This medication should be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and it should be administered to children under the supervision of a guardian. Vitamin A can be sufficiently obtained from a normal diet, so care should be taken to ensure that the supplementary dose does not exceed 5,000 IU per day. During use, it may affect urinalysis results, and it is advisable to avoid tannin-containing beverages such as green tea or black tea before and after taking it. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept in a cool, dry place in a sealed container, avoiding transfer to other containers.

Drug interactions
Do not take this medication together with phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa. There is a risk of hyperkalemia when taken with aldosterone antagonists and triamterene.
