Additionally, individuals allergic to soybean oil, soy, peanuts, or who have hypersensitivity to any ingredient included in this medicine should avoid taking it. Infants under 3 months old, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure symptoms may also be at risk when taking this medicine. Since this medicine contains lactose, individuals with problems in lactose breakdown or a genetic disorder causing glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. Do not take this medicine concurrently with levodopa. Women undergoing medical treatment, pregnant or possibly pregnant women, nursing mothers, premature infants, or young children should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Patients on heart medications known as cardiac glycosides or those with dyslipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should also consult a specialist before use. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly check their blood fat levels when taking this medicine and adjust their dosage as necessary. If other lipid products are administered together, the dosage of other lipid agents should be reduced considering the amount of fat included in this medicine. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, oral inflammation, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, constipation, low blood pressure, flushing of the face, irregular heartbeat, skin rash, itching, or swelling occur during administration, immediately discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Long-term high-dose administration of vitamin B6 may cause neurological abnormalities; caution is advised. High doses of vitamin B12 may lead to blood-related abnormal reactions; caution is needed. High-dose use may worsen peptic ulcers, lead to impaired glucose control, increased uric acid, or liver damage. Long-term use may increase blood calcium levels or cause stone formation, requiring regular checks. If overdosing occurs or symptoms do not improve after one month of use, one must consult a specialist. The prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly observed, and this medicine may change the color of urine to yellow, potentially affecting certain clinical test results.
