Adult dose

2 g per dose, 3 times a day (4 g for the first dose)

1 g per dose, 3 times a day

This medication is safe to use with certain antibiotics, but it is advisable to avoid using it with ciprofloxacin, imipenem, and cilastatin sodium. Patients receiving treatment from a physician should use this medication with caution. This medication contains lactose, so patients with genetic conditions such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and duration; if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, discontinue the medication and consult a pharmacist or physician. For infants under three months, consultation with a pharmacist or physician is required before administering this medication. This medication should be stored out of reach of children and in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Also, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, it should not be transferred to another container.

This medication should be stored in a sealed container to protect it from air and moisture. It is advisable to maintain storage temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius.
