Vitamin B1 is beneficial to replenish during physical fatigue or when physical strength is low during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or after illness. Selenium is needed to prevent cell damage through its antioxidant properties and to strengthen the immune system, so it should be supplemented when deficient. These nutrients assist in physical health and recovery.
