Additionally, it can be used to improve symptoms of muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Therefore, this medication is used for recovery from fatigue and alleviation of oral and skin inflammation symptoms, as well as improvement of muscle cramping symptoms.
Dosage and Administration
Adult dosage
For individuals aged 12 years and older and adults: 20 mL taken twice a day.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this drug or its ingredients. Babies under 12 months old or patients with severe kidney dysfunction should not take this medication. Certain medications, such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracyclines, and antacids, should not be taken concurrently with this medication. Moreover, this medication should not be taken with levodopa. Women who are currently receiving treatment from a doctor, are pregnant or may become pregnant, breastfeeding women, infants, and small children must consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Those with heart or cardiovascular diseases, or impaired kidney function, as well as patients with hypoproteinemia should consult a specialist before taking this medication. This medication contains caramel, so individuals allergic to this ingredient should take caution. If nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomatitis, red spots, abnormal heartbeats, or decreased central nervous system function occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term high-dose use of pyridoxine may cause nerve damage, so caution is required. High doses may worsen gastric ulcers or make blood sugar control difficult, and may increase serum uric acid levels or cause liver damage. Overdose can result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema, so care is necessary. Caution is needed when taking with certain diuretics as blood potassium levels can dangerously increase. In case of overdose, consult a specialist immediately. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for about a month, discontinue use and consult a doctor. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and instructions. Use of this medication may cause urine to turn yellow, which can affect clinical test results. It is advisable to refrain from consuming tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before or after taking this medication. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. Additionally, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, it is important not to transfer the medication to other containers.
