For example, individuals who have allergies to this medication or have had hypersensitivity reactions should not use it. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, as well as breastfeeding women, should consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. Although animal studies have shown no harm to the fetus, safety for humans is not certain. Children and adolescents under 18 years of age are advised not to use this medication since its safety and efficacy have not been fully established for this age group. Before using this medication, individuals with severe fungal infections, diabetes, immune disorders, poor blood circulation, a history of skin diseases, or those taking other medications should consult a healthcare professional. If severe irritation or redness occurs during use, discontinue application immediately and consult a healthcare professional. This medication is for external use only and care should be taken to avoid contact with other areas until the applied area is completely dry. If it comes into contact with the eyes or mucous membranes, irritation may occur, so if contact happens, wash immediately with clean water. Avoid using nail polish or nail cosmetics during treatment. Since it contains ethanol, it may cause a burning sensation when applied to damaged skin, so caution is advised. If the treatment course is not completed as recommended, the fungal infection may not be completely resolved, leading to a recurrence of symptoms. If a dose is missed, apply as soon as possible and return to the normal schedule for the next dose. If only the next dose is remembered, apply once and continue as normal. If this medication is accidentally ingested, contact or visit a medical institution immediately. The amount systemically absorbed is very low, so the potential for drug interactions is low, but it is advisable not to apply other medications to the treatment area. No specific systemic symptoms are expected with overdose, but appropriate treatment should be obtained according to symptoms. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and stored sealed in its original container.
