The vitamin E, B1, B2, and B6 contained in this medication help with physical fatigue or decreased physical strength during pregnancy and lactation, during and after illness, and in health management in old age. It is also effective in relieving symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, tingling, and coldness of the hands and feet, which can occur during peripheral vascular disorders or menopause. It helps with various pains such as neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, as well as oral inflammations such as cheilitis, glossitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as symptoms of eczema and dermatitis. It reduces fatigue in the eyes and is also used for relieving muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Therefore, this medication is useful for overall physical strength enhancement and improvement of various physical symptoms.
Take 1 capsule twice a day.
Children over 12 years: Take 1 capsule twice a day.
This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to any of the ingredients contained in it or have previously exhibited hypersensitivity. Babies under 12 months should not take this medication, and patients with severely impaired kidney function should also avoid using it. People with allergies to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medication. It is important not to take this medication together with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics (tetracyclines), antacids, and drugs such as levodopa during the course of taking this medication. Children under 1 year, patients receiving medical treatment, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, lactating mothers, premature infants, infants, patients with heart or circulatory issues, individuals with kidney diseases, patients with hypoproteinemia, and those with metabolic disorders related to fats should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication contains a pigment called Red 40, and individuals allergic to this ingredient should exercise caution. If gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, vomiting, red spots, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system dysfunction occurs while taking this medication, immediately stop taking it and consult medical staff. For women, this medication may cause an increased frequency of menstrual cycles or an increase in the amount of bleeding, which may last longer. Individuals taking oral contraceptives or at risk for thrombosis should be cautious as the vitamin E component may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term high doses of pyridoxine may lead to symptoms of nerve damage, so caution is needed. Patients with folate deficiency taking high doses of vitamin B12 may experience blood-related abnormal reactions. Symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema may occur in case of overdose, so caution is necessary. Care should be taken as hyperkalemia may occur when taken with certain diuretics. If symptoms do not improve after about a month of taking the medication, consult medical staff. It is important to adhere to the prescribed dosage and dosage instructions, and when administering to children, it should be done under adult supervision. This medication may turn urine yellow, which can affect clinical test results. It is better to avoid consuming tea that contains tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly check their blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage of this medication if necessary. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container. Additionally, to maintain quality, it is recommended not to transfer it to another container.
