The vitamins D, B1, B2, and B6 contained in this medication supplement nutrients that are prone to deficiency during physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, during and after illness, during growth periods, and in old age. It particularly improves poor bone and dental development and helps prevent rickets. Vitamin B1 is effective in preventing beriberi, while B2 and B6 contribute to alleviating eye fatigue and other pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia. Additionally, it helps alleviate inflammatory symptoms around the mouth such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as eczema and dermatitis. Thus, this combination of various vitamins is widely used to improve various symptoms and conditions and to maintain health.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults aged 19 and over take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (excessive calcium in the blood), sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), or patients with kidney disease. Additionally, individuals with allergic reactions to any of the ingredients, infants under 12 months of age, patients with kidney stones, and individuals with severe renal failure should not use this medication. This medication contains lactose; therefore, it should not be administered to patients with lactose intolerance or certain genetic metabolic disorders. This medication should not be taken concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or medications such as levodopa during treatment. Individuals receiving medical treatment, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, nursing individuals, premature infants, and children, as well as individuals with heart or circulatory diseases, poor kidney function, hypoproteinemia, those taking cardiac glycosides, or those with a history of kidney stones must consult a professional before taking this medication. Should any unusual symptoms arise during use, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, constipation, low blood pressure, flushing, irregular heartbeats, skin rashes, itching, or swelling, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Furthermore, long-term high-dose intake of certain components of this medicine can lead to neurological or hematological abnormalities, so caution is advised. High-dose intake can cause peptic ulcers, blood sugar control disorders, hyperuricemia, liver damage, and excessive intake may lead to gastrointestinal symptoms and heart failure symptoms. Long-term use of this medication increases the risk of hypercalcemia and kidney stone disease, so caution is required, especially when taking specific diuretics, as potassium levels in the blood may rise. It is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration guidelines as this medication may discolor urine yellow, affecting some clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, during treatment. This medication should be stored out of the reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. To prevent misuse and maintain the quality of the medication, do not transfer it to another container.
