Prevention and alleviation of physical fatigue, decline in physical strength during pregnancy and lactation, problems with bone growth, and rickets.
This medication includes vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, C, and zinc, and is used for a variety of conditions. It is needed when there is physical fatigue or a decline in physical strength during pregnancy, lactation, or during and after illness, and is also beneficial during periods of growth or old age. Vitamins are effective in improving bone and tooth growth issues and preventing rickets. Additionally, it alleviates neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, inflammation around the mouth, skin conditions, beri-beri, and symptoms of eye fatigue. Zinc helps with bodily functions and contributes to immune enhancement. Therefore, this medication is used for maintaining overall health and strength, as well as improving various symptoms.
For individuals aged 12 years and older: take one tablet once daily.
This medication should not be taken by individuals with high blood calcium levels, sarcoidosis, or kidney diseases. Individuals allergic to any components of this medication, infants under 12 months, those with kidney stones, or those with severe renal failure should also avoid this medication. People allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medication. While taking this medication, it is advisable not to use phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, and medications like levodopa concurrently. Individuals undergoing medical treatment or with oxalate nephropathy, gastrointestinal disorders, heart and kidney problems, gout, or women who are pregnant or nursing should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If any abnormal symptoms occur during use, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, irregular heartbeat, central nervous system issues, etc., discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Women using oral contraceptives or individuals at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as this medication may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term use at high doses may lead to tolerance, and interactions with certain vitamins may cause neurological issues or blood abnormalities. Overdose may lead to serious side effects such as nausea, vomiting, swelling, or heart failure, so caution is required. The prescribed dosage must be followed, and supervision by a guardian is needed when administering to children. This medication can affect urinalysis results, and it is advisable to avoid tannin-containing teas such as green tea and black tea before and after consumption. Patients at risk of lipid overload should periodically check their blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage accordingly. This medication should be stored in a cool, dry place out of reach of children to avoid direct sunlight and must be kept in its original container.
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gastrointestinal discomfort, constipation, rash, redness, loose stools, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, red spots, hypotonia, central nervous system depression, dermatitis, odor during sweating or breathing, hair loss, agitation, gastrointestinal disorders, digestive disorders, epigastric pain, hypotension, pulmonary edema. Menstrual cycles may become earlier or more voluminous, with prolonged bleeding. There is a potential increased risk of thrombosis. Tolerance may develop. Sensory neuropathy.

This medication should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracyclines, antacids, or levodopa. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients with a tendency for thrombosis should be cautious when taking vitamin E as it may increase the risk of thrombosis. Caution is also necessary when co-administering aldosterone antagonists and trimethoprim as it may cause hyperkalemia.
Avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea, black tea during, before, or after taking this medication.
This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent moisture and air ingress. The ideal storage temperature is between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius, which helps to maintain its efficacy and safety for a longer duration.
