People with allergic reactions to any of the components of this medicine, babies under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and severe renal failure should not take this medicine. This medicine contains lactose, so patients with a genetic disorder that prevents lactose digestion should not use it. It is advisable not to take this medicine along with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and medications such as levodopa. Children receiving medical treatment or those exposed to a lot of sunlight, patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant women or women of childbearing potential, nursing mothers, premature infants, and infants should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medicine. Patients with heart or circulatory diseases, poor kidney function, hypoproteinemia, those taking cardiotonics, and patients with a history of gout or kidney stones should consult an expert before taking. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, abnormal heartbeats, flushing, etc. occur, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare staff. If menstruation becomes quicker than usual or bleeding persists for a long time, discontinue use and inform an expert. Particularly, women taking contraceptives that include estrogen or patients at risk for thrombosis should be cautious, as taking vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and excessive intake of certain vitamins can result in nerve damage or abnormal hematological reactions. Additionally, high-dose intake may worsen peptic ulcers, affect blood sugar control, and cause liver damage or increased uric acid levels. Massive intake may lead to gastrointestinal disorders, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema, so caution is needed. Prolonged use may lead to hypercalcemia or urolithiasis, and caution should be exercised as taking it alongside certain diuretics can dangerously elevate blood potassium levels. In case of overdose or if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult an expert immediately. This medicine must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and it may affect the results of some urinalysis. Additionally, this medicine may cause urine to turn yellow, potentially affecting clinical tests. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea and black tea, before and after taking this medication. Lastly, this medicine should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and stored in a sealed container in a cool, dry place.
