This medicine contains vitamins A, C, E, and zinc, which can help when experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy or lactation, and when physical strength is reduced due to illness or recovery. It also contributes to maintaining health by facilitating nutrient supplementation during old age. Vitamin A helps relieve dry eyes and improve night blindness, while vitamin C is effective in preventing gum bleeding and nosebleeds, and in alleviating skin pigmentation. Vitamin E alleviates symptoms of peripheral circulatory disorders and symptoms such as shoulder or neck stiffness, numbness in hands and feet, and coldness during menopause. Zinc is also included to maintain nutritional balance for overall health improvement.

Adults: 1 capsule, twice a day

Precautions

This drug should be used with caution in women within the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant, as an excessive dose of vitamin A may pose a risk of congenital malformations. Individuals with allergies to any of the ingredients, infants under 12 months, and those with hypersensitivity to soybean oil, beans, or peanuts should not take this medication. If unusual symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, hair loss, or hypotension occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. If menstruation starts earlier than usual or if bleeding lasts longer, caution should be exercised. Prolonged high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and particularly postmenopausal women should be cautious as the risk of osteoporosis may increase. This medicine must be taken as prescribed in terms of dosage and frequency, and as vitamin A can also be sufficiently obtained from food, do not exceed 5,000 IU per day during adjunct therapy. During use, it is recommended to avoid drinking tea containing tannins such as green tea, and patients with abnormal lipid metabolism should have their plasma lipid levels checked regularly.
