Adult dosage

Apply a thin layer to the affected area 1-2 times a day and gently massage. The duration of use should not exceed 2 weeks.

This medication should not be used by individuals allergic to this drug or its excipients. Pregnant women, women who may become pregnant, and nursing mothers should not use this medication. It should also not be applied to areas with bacterial, viral, or fungal infections. Do not use it on injection sites, areas with acne, rashes, or perioral dermatitis. During use, care should be taken to avoid contact with the eyes, and it should not be applied directly to cracked or severely injured areas. Additionally, long-term use on large areas should be avoided. Especially for children under 2 years of age, consultation with a doctor is mandatory before use. If skin infections worsen or abnormal reactions occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a professional. Skin itching, burning, and irritation may occur, and prolonged excessive use may lead to side effects such as skin thinning or vasodilation. It is advisable to discontinue use as soon as possible when symptoms improve. This medication contains cetanol and stearyl alcohol, which may cause skin reactions such as contact dermatitis. Animal studies have reported a risk of teratogenic effects during pregnancy, so it should be avoided unless absolutely necessary. During nursing, this medication may be transmitted through breast milk, therefore its use is not recommended. Eczema or dermatitis accompanied by skin infections should generally not be treated with this medication, but if it must be used, it is advisable to use it in conjunction with antimicrobial or antifungal agents. Topical corticosteroids can be absorbed systemically, leading to adverse systemic effects such as hormonal imbalances, diabetes, osteoporosis, and growth disorders, so regular examinations are necessary when used over large areas for extended periods. Discontinuing this medication abruptly can lead to side effects, so it should be tapered off gradually. Vision problems may occur due to the use of systemic and topical corticosteroids, so if blurred vision or any visual disturbances occur, immediate ophthalmological care should be sought. It is known not to affect driving or machine operation capabilities. Excessive use can lead to systemic effects, so caution is needed, and if overdose is suspected, treatment should be sought as directed by medical personnel. The degree of absorption of this medication can vary depending on skin condition, formulation, application site, patient age, etc. In children or in areas of thinned skin such as the armpit, forehead, and groin, absorption may be higher. This medication should be stored in its original container and kept out of reach of children for safety.

Mild side effects

• Skin itching, burning, irritation, skin dryness, skin atrophy, telangiectasia, skin hemorrhage, swelling, perioral dermatitis, papules, hirsutism, contact dermatitis
• Risk of secondary infections due to reduced local immunity
• Systemic side effects such as edema, Cushing's syndrome, diabetes, osteoporosis, growth impairment
• Visual disturbances (blurred vision, etc.)

This medication may be sensitive to air or humidity, so it should be stored in a tightly sealed container. It is advisable to maintain storage temperatures between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius (room temperature).
