Vitamins B1, B2, B6, E, and C help alleviate physical fatigue, improve physical strength during pregnancy and lactation, and support physical strength during or after illness. They also relieve symptoms of neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain (such as backache and shoulder stiffness), help improve beriberi symptoms and eye fatigue. These vitamins are effective for overall physical health and recovery of function.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults, take 1 tablet at a time, 2 times a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to it or its ingredients, or who exhibit hypersensitivity. Additionally, babies under 3 months of age should not use this medication. Since this medication contains lactose, it may pose risks to patients with genetic conditions such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption. It is advised not to take this medication along with levodopa. Patients under medical treatment, those with oxalate nephropathy, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and infants should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Individuals with gout or kidney stones should also consult a professional before taking this medication, and patients allergic to the ingredient Tartrazine should take it with caution. If symptoms like abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, redness, nausea, vomiting, loose stools, inflammation of the mouth, loss of appetite, or abdominal distension occur while taking this medication, it should be discontinued immediately and a healthcare professional consulted. Also, this medication may cause changes in menstrual cycles, with increased bleeding volume or prolonged bleeding, thus caution is advised. Patients taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those with a predisposition to thrombosis may face an increased risk of thrombosis if they take vitamin E. Taking high doses for a long time may lead to tolerance to the medication, and prolonged intake of pyridoxine above 500mg to 2g per day may result in neurological symptoms. Additionally, patients with folate deficiency who take more than 10μg of vitamin B12 per day should be cautious as it may lead to hematological abnormalities. If overdosed or symptoms do not improve after a month, a healthcare professional should be consulted. It is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration methods, as this medication may affect blood glucose detection in urine tests and can cause urine discoloration, impacting clinical test results. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container.   • Sensory neuropathy or neurological symptoms (functional disorders or pathological changes of the peripheral nervous system).
