The vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C contained in this medication are used to supplement nutrition required in various situations such as physical fatigue, pregnancy and breastfeeding, during and after illness, growth periods, and old age. In particular, it helps to alleviate dry eyes and improve night blindness, effectively preventing poor bone and dental development. It also plays an important role in the prevention of rickets. Thus, various vitamins help improve and maintain bodily functions across various age groups and health conditions.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 12 and older: 2 times a day, 2 tablets per dose. Take after meals, dissolve in the mouth or chew.

Child dose

Ages 36 months and older to under 12 years: 2 times a day, 1 tablet per dose. Take after meals, dissolve in the mouth or chew.

Precautions

This medication may pose a risk of congenital malformations due to excessive intake of vitamin A in women during the first three months of pregnancy or those with a possibility of pregnancy; therefore, it should not be taken in doses exceeding 5,000 IU per day. Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, kidney disease, kidney stones, severe renal failure, and those allergic to the ingredients of this medication should not take it. It should not be administered to children under 12 months, patients with lactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption, or other genetic disorders. During the use of this medication, it should not be taken concurrently with phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa. Babies under 1 year of age, patients under medical treatment, children exposed to sunlight, patients with primary hyperoxaluria, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and patients with heart or kidney dysfunction should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If unusual symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, skin rash, irregular heartbeat, or gastrointestinal discomfort occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult with a professional. Long-term high-dose use of this medication can lead to side effects such as neurological disturbances, liver damage, and increased risk of hypercalcemia and osteoporosis; thus, caution is advised. Always adhere to the specified dosage and administration, and it should be administered to children under parental supervision. It is advisable to avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. This medication should be stored in a container that prevents light exposure and kept in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children. To maintain quality, do not transfer to another container.
