The vitamin E and B1 included in this medicine are necessary for various situations such as physical fatigue, decreased physical strength during pregnancy and lactation, and post-illness recovery. Additionally, it helps alleviate shoulder and neck stiffness, tingling, and cold extremities caused by peripheral circulatory disorders or menopausal symptoms. It is also effective for neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain (including low back pain and shoulder stiffness), beriberi, eye fatigue, and improves muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency.
How to take
Adult dose
For ages 12 and older: take 1 capsule twice daily.
Precautions
This medicine should not be taken by individuals allergic to this medicine or its ingredients. It should also not be used by babies under 12 months or patients with severe kidney dysfunction. Those allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should avoid this medicine. It is recommended to not take phosphate, calcium salt, oral tetracycline antibiotics, or antacids during the use of this medicine. Infants under 1 year, patients receiving treatment from a doctor, and women who are pregnant or nursing should consult with a healthcare professional before using this medicine. Be careful as there may be increased menstrual cycle speed or prolonged bleeding.
