Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

■ When applied by injection 1 piece per application, insert the nozzle into the rectum 1 to 3 times a day and slowly inject the entire amount. ■ When applied topically Apply directly to the affected area 1 to 3 times a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be used on infected wounds. While using this medication, it is important not to take or use certain medications, such as dl-methylphenidate hydrochloride, scopolamine, or suppositories or ointments containing glycyrrhizin, as well as blood pressure lowering medications or antidepressants. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, or patients currently undergoing treatment by a physician must consult a professional before using this medication. If redness, swelling, irritation, or purulence occurs while using this medication, stop using it immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, if allergic reactions such as rash or itching occur, or if symptoms do not improve after 7 days of use, stop using and consult a physician. If bleeding occurs or symptoms such as sudden blurred vision appear, inform a professional immediately. This medication contains propylene glycol, so individuals who have allergies or have experienced hypersensitivity reactions to this ingredient should use it with caution. When using the medication, be sure to follow the prescribed dosage and administration, and it is safe not to use it in children. This medication should only be used in the anal area and it is strictly prohibited to use in the eyes.
