This medicine is primarily used to improve physical fatigue or decreased physical strength during pregnancy, lactation, as well as during and after illness, by replenishing vitamins B1, B2, and B6. It also alleviates pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and joint pain, as well as inflammation around the mouth, eczema, dermatitis, beriberi, and eye fatigue. It helps with symptoms due to deficiencies of minerals like calcium, zinc, and magnesium. This medication has complex effects that enhance vitality and reduce discomfort, aiding recovery towards a healthy life.

Precautions
This medicine contains the artificial sweetener aspartame, which should not be used by patients with the genetic disorder phenylketonuria. The daily intake of aspartame should be limited to below 40mg per kg of body weight according to WHO recommendations, with a maximum of 2.4g per day for adults. Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, renal disease, individuals allergic to any component of this medicine, infants under 12 months old, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure should not take this medicine. While taking this medicine, it is advisable not to take medications such as phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa. Infants under one year old, patients currently undergoing treatment from a physician, children receiving normal meals with significant sunlight exposure, patients with heart or cardiovascular issues, individuals with renal impairment, patients with hypoproteinemia, patients taking cardiac glycosides, and pregnant women should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medicine. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, abnormal heartbeats, gastrointestinal disturbances, hypotension, or pulmonary edema occur during usage, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Long-term high-dose intake of pyridoxine may cause sensory nerve disorders, and overdose can lead to gastrointestinal symptoms or heart-related symptoms, so caution is advised. This medicine must be taken according to the specified method and dosage, and supervision by a guardian is needed when given to children. During the course, it is better to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea and black tea as this medicine may turn urine yellow and affect clinical test results. When storing, keep it out of the reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place, properly sealed. Furthermore, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, do not transfer to another container.
