Relief of pain and inflammation related to colds and arthritis (rheumatoid, osteoarthritis).
This medication is mainly used for the relief of fever and pain caused by colds, lower back pain, menstrual pain, and for rheumatoid arthritis and inflammatory rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, as well as postoperative pain relief. It is also beneficial for various joint and soft tissue diseases such as headaches, migraines, toothaches, muscle pain, neuralgia, ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, and psoriatic arthritis. It is effective in alleviating symptoms of soft tissue injuries such as sprains or contusions, as well as non-articular rheumatic conditions such as tendonitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis. By providing extensive relief from pain and inflammation, it improves the quality of life for patients.
1. For rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: Administer 200-600mg orally 3-4 times daily. A maximum of 3200mg can be administered in one day. 3. For mild to moderate pain, colds: Administer 200-400mg orally 3-4 times daily. 4. For migraines: Administer 200-400mg orally. 24
2. For inflammatory rheumatoid arthritis: Administer 30-40mg per kg of body weight divided into 3-4 oral doses per day.
This medication may cause gastrointestinal bleeding if taken by habitual consumers of more than three alcoholic beverages per day, so consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is necessary. The medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, and caution should be exercised in individuals with heart disease or risk factors, particularly with high-dose usage. Serious gastrointestinal issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations may arise, so elderly patients or those on long-term treatment should be particularly careful. Those with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe blood disorders, or liver, kidney, and heart dysfunction should not take this medication. Individuals allergic to any components of the drug or with a history of bronchial asthma, as well as those exhibiting hypersensitivity to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), should avoid this medication. Pregnant women in the late stages of pregnancy should avoid this medication as it may harm the fetus. This medication should not be taken in excess of the recommended dosage, and it is advisable to avoid concurrent use with other NSAIDs. Breastfeeding women should either discontinue breastfeeding or stop taking this medication as it may be excreted in breast milk, potentially leading to adverse reactions in infants. Those with blood disorders, liver or kidney disease, heart disease, hypertension, or a history of hypersensitivity should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. This medication may interact with certain drugs, so caution is warranted in those taking ACE inhibitors, lithium, diuretics, methotrexate, anticoagulants, or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). If serious allergic reactions, skin rashes, gastrointestinal bleeding, difficulty breathing, heart problems, abnormal kidney function, or other symptoms occur during use, the medication should be discontinued immediately and medical consultation sought. This medication should be taken for the shortest time possible and at the minimum effective dose, with regular blood tests and liver function tests for those on long-term treatment. Patients with hypertension should closely monitor their blood pressure as this medication may worsen hypertension, especially during the initial use and throughout the treatment period. After 20 weeks of pregnancy, its use is advised to include regular monitoring of the amniotic fluid status as it may affect fetal kidney function.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, anaphylactic reactions, severe allergic reactions, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, painful mucous membranes in the mouth/eyes, severe skin reactions, asthma attacks, difficulty breathing, jaundice (skin or eyes turning yellow), systemic malaise, liver abnormalities (jaundice), sudden and very severe headaches, thunderclap headache, seizures.
Not everyone experiences these, and they can vary from person to person.
This medication may be sensitive to air and moisture, so it must be stored in a tightly sealed container. Avoid extreme heat or cold; it is recommended to store at room temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius.
