This medication helps supply vitamins D, B1, B2, and B6 in various cases such as physical fatigue, physical weakness during pregnancy, lactation, illness, and post-illness recovery, developmental periods, and elderly age. Vitamin D supports healthy development of bones and teeth and is effective in preventing rickets. Vitamin B1 helps prevent beriberi, while B2 and B6 alleviate eye fatigue and various pains such as neuralgia, myalgia, and joint pain. Additionally, it is effective against oral inflammatory conditions like cheilitis, angular cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis. Zinc contributes to the overall maintenance of health when supplied as necessary due to deficiency. This medication is used to improve such symptoms and conditions.

Precautions
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (excessive calcium in the blood) or sarcoidosis (an unknown systemic inflammatory disease), or those with kidney disorders. Additionally, individuals with allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients, infants under 12 months, kidney stone patients, and those with severe renal failure symptoms should also avoid taking this medication. During the use of this medication, it is important to avoid taking drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa together. Infants under 1 year, patients currently receiving medical treatment, children exposed to sunlight with a normal diet, pregnant women or women with potential pregnancy, lactating mothers, premature infants, and children should consult with a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. Particularly, caution is necessary because the vitamin D component can be transmitted to newborns through breast milk, potentially causing hypercalcemia. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcers, chronic ulcerative colitis, or localized colitis, those with heart or circulatory function issues, kidney disorders, individuals with hypoproteinemia, people using cardiac glycosides, patients with a history of kidney stones, and pregnant women should also consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, oral inflammation, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, constipation, hypotension, facial flushing, skin rashes, irregular heartbeats, cardiac arrest, central nervous system dysfunction, dermatitis, foul smell during sweating or breathing, hair loss, restlessness, gastrointestinal disturbances, abdominal pain, or pulmonary edema occur, immediately stop taking the medication and consult a specialist. Additionally, prolonged high-dose intake of pyridoxine can lead to neurological issues, and overdose of vitamin B12 can result in blood abnormalities, thus caution is needed. High-dose intake may worsen gastric ulcers, cause disturbances in glucose metabolism, elevate uric acid levels in the bloodstream, or lead to liver damage; excessive intake may result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema. Long-term use can lead to hypercalcemia and nephrolithiasis, so caution is necessary, and if taken alongside certain diuretics, there is a risk of hyperkalemia, requiring specialist consultation. If overdosed or if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, it is necessary to seek immediate consultation with a specialist. When taking this medication, it is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration methods, and when administering it to children, it should be done under the guidance and supervision of a guardian. This medication may change the color of urine to yellow, affecting clinical test results, so note this. It is advisable to avoid drinking tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, during and before taking this medication. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry, and airtight place. Moreover, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, do not transfer medication to other containers.
