Adult dose

For adolescents and adults aged 12 years and older, take 5g of L-Aspartate-L-Arginine once a day. It is preferable to take it in the morning, but it can also be taken before bedtime. It can be taken with a small amount of water.

This medicine contains the artificial sweetener aspartame. Aspartame is broken down into phenylalanine in the body, so patients with phenylketonuria, a genetic disorder that requires the restriction of phenylalanine, should not take this medication. Moreover, the daily intake of aspartame should be regulated so that it does not exceed the WHO recommended amount of 40mg/kg, and for a 60 kg adult, the maximum dosage per day is 2.4g. Individuals allergic or hypersensitive to the ingredients in this medication should not take it. Patients with severe kidney or liver impairment, as well as those with a history of myocardial infarction, should also refrain from using this medication.
