This medication can provide supplementary help when physically fatigued, during pregnancy and lactation, during illness and recovery, and in old age where physical strength declines. Vitamin E is effective in alleviating peripheral circulatory disorders and menopausal symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness, and coldness in hands and feet. Vitamin B1 is used to improve neuralgia, myalgia, joint pain, beriberi, and eye fatigue. Vitamin B6 helps relieve oral inflammation such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as symptoms of eczema and dermatitis. Additionally, this medication aids in muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Overall, it is used to improve uncomfortable symptoms throughout the body.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 capsule twice daily

Children aged 12 years and older: take 1 capsule twice daily

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by anyone with an allergic reaction to this medication or any of the ingredients contained therein. Infants under 12 months should not take this medication. Patients with severely impaired kidney function should also avoid this medication. Those with allergies to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medication. Certain medications, such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids, should not be taken concurrently with this medication. Additionally, this medication should not be taken alongside levodopa. Women currently receiving treatment from a physician, those who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, or young children should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Patients with heart or circulatory problems, reduced kidney function, and low protein levels in the blood should also consult a professional before taking this medication. Those with lipid metabolism disorders or conditions like hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should use this medication with caution. If any discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, vomiting, redness of the skin, abnormal heartbeat, or central nervous system dysfunction symptoms occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. If menstrual cycles become shorter or bleeding persists, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor. Women taking estrogen-containing contraceptive pills or patients at risk of thrombosis should be cautious, as taking vitamin E together may increase the risk of thrombus formation. Long-term intake of pyridoxine (vitamin B6) at doses exceeding 500mg to 2g per day may cause neurological symptoms; caution is advised. Overdose may result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema, so caution is necessary. When taken alongside anti-aldosterone agents or triamterene, serum potassium levels may increase, so caution is warranted. If symptoms do not improve after about one month of use, consult a professional. This medication should be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage, and when administered to children, supervision by a guardian is required. It is advisable to avoid drinking tannin-containing teas, such as green tea or black tea, before or after taking this medication. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly monitor blood lipid levels while using this medication and adjust the dosage as needed. When storing this medication, keep it in a tightly sealed container out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place to maintain quality and prevent misuse.
