The vitamins B1, B2, B6, and E in this medication help improve physical fatigue and support those who are pregnant, nursing or experiencing reduced physical strength due to illness or recovery. They are also effective in maintaining health during old age and relieving eye fatigue. This medication aids in the relief of pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and is effective in alleviating symptoms like angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. It helps with skin conditions such as dermatitis and eczema, and is used for relief from shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness in hands and feet, and cold extremities caused by peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms. Finally, it helps relieve muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency.
For ages 12 and above and adults: Take 1 capsule once, twice a day.
This medication should not be taken by anyone who has had an allergic reaction to this medication or any of its ingredients. In particular, infants under 12 months old, patients with severe renal failure, and individuals allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should avoid use. It is advisable not to take phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline medications, antacids, and drugs such as levodopa simultaneously while taking this medication. Additionally, women who are currently undergoing treatment from a doctor, pregnant, or breastfeeding, patients with heart or circulatory diseases, those with poor kidney function, patients with hypoproteinemia, and those with lipid metabolism disorders should consult a professional before taking this medication. This medication contains the dye Yellow No. 5, which requires caution for those sensitive to this ingredient. If symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation, rash, vomiting, red spots, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system dysfunction occur while taking this medication, stop immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. If the menstrual cycle becomes irregular or bleeding persists, report these changes to a professional. Women taking oral contraceptives or patients at risk for thrombosis should be cautious, as taking vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use of pyridoxine (vitamin B6) may cause nerve damage, so caution is required. Patients deficient in folic acid need to be careful when taking vitamin B12 above a certain dose, as it may cause hematological adverse reactions. Overdosing can result in nausea, vomiting, edema, cardiac issues, etc., so it’s essential to adhere to the recommended dosage. Caution is required when taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, as there’s a risk of elevated blood potassium levels. If symptoms do not improve after more than one month of use, consult a doctor. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage, and it may cause yellowing of urine, which could affect clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Patients at risk for lipid overload should regularly monitor their blood lipid levels while taking this medication and adjust doses as necessary. Additionally, if using other lipid-injectable medicines, consider the lipid content in this medication when adjusting dosages. Store this medication out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and keep it sealed in a cool, dry place. It’s important not to transfer this medication into other containers to maintain its quality.
Cardiac arrest, central nervous system dysfunction
