It should also be avoided by infants under 12 months old, patients with severe renal failure, and those allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts. While taking this medication, it should not be taken with certain drugs like phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa. Women who are receiving treatment from a doctor or who are pregnant or possibly pregnant, breastfeeding mothers, premature infants, and infants should consult with a professional before taking this medication. Additionally, those with peptic ulcer, chronic colitis, heart and circulatory diseases, kidney disorders, hypoalbuminemia, hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, pancreatitis, and other conditions should seek consultation beforehand. If symptoms such as abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, vomiting, skin flushing, heart rhythm abnormalities, central nervous system symptoms, hair loss, changes in body odor, or anxiety occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. If menstruation occurs earlier than usual or bleeding persists for a long time, immediate consultation is advised. While taking estrogen-containing oral contraceptives or if there is a risk of thrombosis, caution is needed as vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term intake of high doses of vitamin B6 may present neurological symptoms, and excessive intake of vitamin B12 could lead to hematological abnormalities. High doses can exacerbate peptic ulcers, cause glucose metabolism disorders, hyperuricemia, or liver damage, so caution is advised. In case of an overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, fluid retention, and heart failure may occur, so it is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration. There is a risk of hyperkalemia when taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, so caution should be exercised. If symptoms do not improve after more than a month of taking the medication, it is advisable to consult a professional. This medication can change the color of urine to yellow, potentially affecting the results of clinical tests. It is recommended to avoid tannin-containing beverages such as green or black tea before and after taking this medication. For patients with abnormalities in fat metabolism, plasma lipid levels should be monitored periodically, and dosage should be adjusted as necessary. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, in a tightly sealed container away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
