The vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, C contained in this drug are needed for supplementation as they can easily become insufficient in various situations, such as physical fatigue, pregnancy and breastfeeding, decreased vitality during or after illness, growth periods, and old age. Vitamin D helps prevent bone growth disorders and rickets. It is also effective in relieving pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthritis, as well as in treating inflammation around the mouth such as cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. It is also used for preventing beriberi and improving eye fatigue. Zinc plays an important role in enhancing immune function and promoting wound healing. Therefore, this drug is used to improve overall health through the supplementation of vitamins and zinc.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 19 and older and adults, take 1 tablet once a day after meals.

Precautions

This drug should not be taken by individuals with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, kidney disease, or anyone with elevated blood calcium levels or specific inflammatory diseases. Individuals with allergic reactions to any of the ingredients in this drug, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones or severe renal failure should also avoid taking it. It is important not to take it concurrently with phosphate, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, and medications like levodopa. Anyone receiving treatment from a doctor or with a history of oxalosis, gastrointestinal diseases, cardiac or circulatory issues, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, diabetes, gout, or kidney stones should consult a specialist before taking it. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and premature infants should also consult a physician before taking this drug. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, irregular heartbeat, central nervous system disorders, hair loss, gastrointestinal disturbances, hypotension, pulmonary edema appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. If menstrual changes or prolonged bleeding occur, cease use and consult medical personnel. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen should be cautious due to an increased risk of thrombosis. Prolonged high-dose administration may lead to tolerance or neurological symptoms, so caution is advised. High-dose intake can cause side effects such as exacerbation of peptic ulcers, disturbances in blood sugar control, liver damage, and increased uric acid levels. In cases of overdose, serious side effects may occur, so seek expert help immediately. Be sure to follow the prescribed dosages and be aware that it can affect urinalysis results, so caution is needed before and after testing. It is advisable to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea and black tea, during use or before and after use. This drug should be stored out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. Additionally, it is important not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
