This medication is used to replenish vitamins D, B1, B2, and B6 that are necessary in various situations such as physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, physical weakness during or after illness, developmental periods, and old age. It also has the effect of relieving neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain (such as low back pain, shoulder stiffness, etc.), beriberi, and eye fatigue symptoms. Due to these effects, it aids in improving fatigue and pain experienced in daily life.

How to take

Adult dose

1 tablet once daily after meals

Child dose

For children over 8 years old: 1 tablet once daily after meals

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, kidney diseases, or kidney stones. Furthermore, individuals who have an allergic reaction to this medication or any ingredient contained in it should avoid taking it. It is also advisable not to use it in infants under 3 months old. During the use of this medication, it should not be taken together with a medication called levodopa. Children under 1 year of age, patients receiving treatment from a physician, children who are sunbathing and eating normally, women who are pregnant or lactating, premature infants, and infants should consult a specialist before taking this medication because the vitamin D component can be transmitted through breast milk and may cause hypercalcemia in newborns. Patients with a history of kidney stones also require consultation before taking this medication. If any symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, oral inflammation, constipation, loss of appetite, skin rashes, itching, or swelling appear during use, immediate discontinuation and consultation with a specialist are necessary. Long-term high-dose administration of pyridoxine may lead to neurotoxic symptoms, so caution is advised. If patients who are deficient in folic acid take excessive vitamin B12, hematological abnormalities may occur. High-dose administration may lead to side effects such as peptic ulcers, impaired glucose tolerance, hyperuricemia, and liver damage, so caution should be exercised. If symptoms do not improve after excessive dosing or after 1 month of use, consultation with a specialist is necessary. The prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly followed, and parental supervision is required when administering it to children. This medication may change urine to yellow, affecting clinical test results. When storing, it should be kept in a place out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place, and sealed. It should not be transferred to other containers, and care must be taken to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
