Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

This medication may be administered to patients taking 100 mg of sitagliptin and 10 mg of dapagliflozin, one tablet once daily irrespective of meals. The tablet should be swallowed whole.

Precautions

This medication may cause hypersensitivity reactions, so if an allergic reaction is suspected, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Care should be taken as serious allergic reactions such as skin rashes or angioedema may occur. There is a risk of serious pancreatic diseases such as pancreatitis; symptoms like abdominal pain or vomiting should be reported to a doctor immediately.
