Zinc is supplied for maintaining physical strength and enhancing immunity in these situations.

Patients with a genetic disorder preventing lactose digestion should refrain from taking this medication. During the course of this medication, it should not be taken with certain drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids. Those taking levodopa should also avoid taking this medication. Individuals undergoing treatment or those with hyperoxaluria, heart, or kidney issues must consult a specialist before taking this medication. Patients with gout or kidney stones also need to consult before taking this medication. If distress, diarrhea, rash, or vomiting occurs during use, discontinue immediately and consult a specialist. Be cautious as the menstrual cycle may shorten or bleeding may last longer. Particularly, women taking contraceptives containing estrogen should be aware that the risk of thromboembolism may increase. Prolonged high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and excessive intake of certain vitamins can cause side effects such as nerve damage. High doses may pose risks such as peptic ulcer, blood sugar metabolism disorders, and liver damage. Overdose may result in serious symptoms such as nausea, edema, and congestive heart failure, so caution is required. Concurrent use with certain diuretics may dangerously increase blood potassium levels. If symptoms do not improve after excessive intake or extended use beyond one month, consult a specialist. It is crucial to follow the prescribed dosage and administration, and children should take it under adult supervision. This medication may affect blood glucose and urine test results. During use, it is advisable to avoid tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea. When storing, keep it in a tightly sealed container away from children's reach, avoiding direct sunlight and a humid environment.
